Please submit the two documents (1) proposal form and (2) pledge form together as a ZIP file, then access the ‘Upload application form’ button and drag and drop the file into the window.

A) There is no capacity limit for uploads from the Dropbox desktop or mobile apps; the maximum file size you can upload in the Dropbox web browser is 50GB.
